Plugins like claude-md-management and learning-opportunities were
symlinked from pinch cache into ai/claude/. Claude Code manages
them natively via enabledPlugins now, making the symlinks redundant.

Also expanded permissions (gh, jj workspace) and broadened the
diataxis skill description.
