herdr writes logs and session.json next to config.toml, so tracking the
directory needs a nested .gitignore to keep that churn out.

agent_panel_sort = "priority" turns the agent panel into an attention
queue, so agent navigation gets the shortest chords: prefix+1..9 focuses
an agent and displaces switch_tab to prefix+shift+1..9. Pane focus moves
to ctrl+hjkl to match vim-herdr-navigation.
