docs: macOS keeps only the last of two notes
Two notes went out; the client kept the last and dropped the first.
A member's own is served first, so a member's own note fares worst.

+## Only the last of two notes survives
+
+`rake probe:notes` serves a card with two `NOTE` lines, the shape a group
+member with a note of its own is served in. RFC 6350 section 6.7.2 allows
+any number of them; Contacts keeps one. The Note field shows only the last,
+and the card it writes back after an unrelated edit carries only that one:
+
+```
+NOTE:Own note: gate code 1854. -> (dropped)
+NOTE:Lent note: bins go out on Tuesday. -> NOTE:Lent note: bins go out on Tuesday.
+```
+
+Nothing is joined, and the first note is lost the way an unrenderable
+birthday is. Composition appends a group's lines after the member's own
+(`ProTacts::Contact`), so for a member that has both, the note that
+survives is the group's and the one lost is the member's. Verified
