The dev seed and the exchange replay now serve a nicknamed Ada, so
the dashboard and every client listing exercise the nickname path.
The card bytes changed, so its etag and the collection ctag moved:
the recorded etags were regenerated, and step 10's If-Match was
rewritten to the new seed etag — the liberty the fixture README
already documents.
