Line the phone header up on its text
The name and the login are different sizes of type, and centering
them left their baselines apart; they now share a baseline, with the
search glyph centered between. The account button's inline padding
is pulled into the gutter, so the chevron ends on the edge the name
starts from and the glyph sits as far from the login as from the name.
