Extract Game value type from raw nested arrays
Game wraps the three-dimensional structure (placements → teams →
players) and owns the derived data: #teams, #rank, #team_ratings.
Absorbs Util.rankings (now private) and Util.team_rating. PlackettLuce
and Model#rate both accept a Game instead of flat arrays + rank kwargs.
Game.win_lose provides a convenience constructor for the common 1v1.
