Reach 100% test coverage
Add 127 integration tests covering error paths, type mismatches, all
numeric roundtrips, serialization of bytes/unit/newtype/tuple variants
and mixed sequences, deserialization through properties and
deserialize_any, and all three deserializer layers (Document, Field,
NodeContent, Value). Mark structurally unreachable serde trait methods
with cov-excl — each exclusion explains why the path cannot be reached
through the public API (e.g., serde Content buffering incompatible with
tree-structured deserializers, deserialize_str vs deserialize_string
distinction, FieldDeserializer intercepting before ValueDeserializer).
