The Fennel compiler, embedded in the binary (`src/config.rs`) and
loaded into a fresh Lua VM for every config.

To update, download the `.lua` library build for the new release over
`vendor/fennel.lua` and update the version above. Newer tags without a
published `.lua` file have to be built from source — see the `fennel.lua`
target in the Fennel repo's Makefile.
